Terms of Service — Benchra Signals

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Benchra Signals (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Passive Edge AI LLC (“we”, “us”).

2. Not Financial Advice

Benchra Signals is not a registered investment advisor. All signals, analysis, and content are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period.

4. Free Tier

The free tier provides access to weekly signal digests and published backtest data. We reserve the right to modify what's included in the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or republish signal content without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download signals
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Accuracy & Availability

We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any signal or analysis. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Edge AI LLC shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or other damages arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
