Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Benchra Signals. If you're not happy with the service, here's how refunds work:

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you're not satisfied.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, you can cancel and your access continues through the end of the annual period, but no partial refund is issued.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@benchra.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and the email address associated with your subscription. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@benchra.net. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.
